City centre Hotel with adequate rooms for price.Staff were excellent with very welcoming reception ( coffee and cake on arrival).Breakfasts were excellent and staff very accommodating. Good value for money City centre hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable English speaking reception host.

The hotel was very centralized to the city center and the port. Walked down the street right to the port entrance. Took the ferry to Ustica for an amazing Dive. The staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk is staffed 24 hours. The checking in and out was very smooth (I had odd times for both, arrival and departure).

Breakfast was extra, but well worth the money. It did mean we had a choice to go out for breakfast if we wanted to. It is part of a hotel complex and security is key - literally. Keys were needed to access the corridor that our rooms were on as well as a key to the room and a key for a safety box. Lots of wardrobe space and room to walk around. Housekeeping were around everyday so the rooms were kept spotless. We were a five minute walk from a trip agency, surrounded by eateries and not far from the sea and the historic parts of Palermo. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel before check in, and we were able to check in an hour early. Staff even recommended a nearby eatery for lunch - that was good advice.

The hotel location is very close to the hustle och busel, yet it is located in a calm area. The rooms were very clean, recomend adding a water cattle in the room. The breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs could be better, though. Good variety of cakes. Staff were very helpful and gave great advice regarding the bus lines. We stayed for 3 days and shall book it again vid our next visit to Palmero. Great value for money.

Conveniently located close to many important sights and to bus stations that would take you anywhere including Stazione Centrale for the airport. The breakfast had everything for a good start of the day: typical Sicilian sweets, fruits, meat, omlette, yoghurt etc. Cleaning was done every day and the towels changed the same. A good value for money.

Location was excellent and the staff were so lovely and friendly! Went above and beyond to help my partner and I find a beach and book a lido :) Breakfast was really big and mostly cakes though there were a few savoury options as well. Was also able to arrange a shuttle to the hotel fro the airport at 11pm which was SUPER helpful

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the restaurants and sightseeings, easy to reach by bus from the central train station, a small market is just a few minutes far. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! I stayed in many hotels in my life and I met lof of nice staff but the employees of the Hotel Elite were the best! I loved the good coffee for breakfast (the breakfast, in general, was not bad even though I had better - there were a lot of various bundt cakes and croissants, fruits, yogurts etc. but not a very wide choice of fresh cheese, fresh bread/pastry and vegetables). The children's high chair in the dining room and the possibility to have a hot chocolate were a nice bonus for our daughter! The hotel is definitely good value for money!

Very nice, friendly, smiling and helpful staff. We are very pleased and satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Breakfasts were very tasty.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even for a late arrival at 1:30am. The room was quiet, a good size and clean. The breakfast was just right with good coffee. The location was very central and easy to from the airport bus drop off.
