Hotel Elite

Great location, an easy walk to most places of interest. Staff were excellent & very helpful.

Breakfast was extra, but well worth the money. It did mean we had a choice to go out for breakfast if we wanted to. It is part of a hotel complex and security is key - literally. Keys were needed to access the corridor that our rooms were on as well as a key to the room and a key for a safety box. Lots of wardrobe space and room to walk around. Housekeeping were around everyday so the rooms were kept spotless. We were a five minute walk from a trip agency, surrounded by eateries and not far from the sea and the historic parts of Palermo. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel before check in, and we were able to check in an hour early. Staff even recommended a nearby eatery for lunch - that was good advice.

Conveniently located close to many important sights and to bus stations that would take you anywhere including Stazione Centrale for the airport. The breakfast had everything for a good start of the day: typical Sicilian sweets, fruits, meat, omlette, yoghurt etc. Cleaning was done every day and the towels changed the same. A good value for money.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the restaurants and sightseeings, easy to reach by bus from the central train station, a small market is just a few minutes far. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! I stayed in many hotels in my life and I met lof of nice staff but the employees of the Hotel Elite were the best! I loved the good coffee for breakfast (the breakfast, in general, was not bad even though I had better - there were a lot of various bundt cakes and croissants, fruits, yogurts etc. but not a very wide choice of fresh cheese, fresh bread/pastry and vegetables). The children's high chair in the dining room and the possibility to have a hot chocolate were a nice bonus for our daughter! The hotel is definitely good value for money!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even for a late arrival at 1:30am. The room was quiet, a good size and clean. The breakfast was just right with good coffee. The location was very central and easy to from the airport bus drop off.
